Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
10+ years relevant business experience, including in product owner role or similar.
Understand fundamentals of iterative development, software development process and procedures.
Expertise in the principles of Agile Product Management, stakeholder management, market and user research, technology management, and process design.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Passion and understanding of new technology and trends.
Excellent communication, collaboration and influence skills among all organizational levels; strong facilitation and executive communications skills.

Responsibilities

Leads product strategy and roadmap development for Legal and Compliance capabilities, ensuring alignment to Legal, Compliance, Risk, Privacy, and enterprise objectives.
Responsible for the long-term product roadmap as part of a larger business strategy.
Develops a compelling product strategy through analysis of personas, use cases, customer benefits, and solution value propositions.
Partners with stakeholders to identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve visibility into work, and increase operational effectiveness through technology-enabled solutions.
Balances user experience, compliance requirements, operational efficiency, and risk considerations when prioritizing roadmap investments.
Uses data, stakeholder feedback, and process insights to identify and deliver measurable improvements in adoption, efficiency, transparency, and business outcomes.
Drives cross-functional alignment across business, technology, and delivery teams to support successful implementation and sustained value realization.
Identifies and tracks KPIs; coaches product teams to deliver business outcomes and KPI targets.
Engages with customers and users regularly to uncover needs and translate them into testable product hypotheses.
Coaches team members on effective product management and agile techniques to mature the team.
