Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale heavy highway and infrastructure projects in the Northeast. You will manage full lifecycle delivery, communicate with owners, agencies, engineers and subs, and drive budgets, scheduling and reporting.

The role requires a Civil Engineering or Construction Management background with 10+ years in heavy civil or infrastructure, and strong CPM scheduling knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience in heavy civil or infrastructure construction.
• Direct experience with public agency delivery (DOT, transit authority, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling and cost control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle project management for large-scale projects, from preconstruction through closeout.
• Serve as primary point of contact for owners, agency representatives, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Oversee project budgets, cost forecasting, and change order management.
• Develop and maintain CPM schedules, coordinating logistics across multiple work fronts.
• Ensure compliance with agency specifications and reporting requirements.
• Mentor Project Managers and Project Engineers; lead project meetings.
