Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Sr. Manager of Engineering & Manufacturing Processes to lead the development and standardization of processes, workflows, and operating models across a rapidly scaling tech and manufacturing business.

This hands-on leader will partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, and Program Management to implement scalable tools and governance as the organization grows.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing engineering, NPI, industrialization, engineering operations, or related technical disciplines.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field, or equivalent technical experience.
• Experience building and running a PMO for engineering development and large scale manufacturing.
• Experience designing and standardizing engineering and manufacturing processes across multiple functions.
• Strong understanding of product development, NPI, engineering change management, qualification, manufacturing readiness, and production handoffs for high volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Design and standardize end-to-end processes spanning product development, machine development, NPI, process validation, industrialization, and manufacturing ramp.
• Establish engineering lifecycle standards, design reviews, readiness gates, change control, and release processes.
• Define cross-functional handoffs, ownership, decision rights, deliverables, and acceptance criteria between Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations.
• Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, duplication, and inconsistencies; implement scalable improvements across programs and sites.
• Establish practical standards, templates, and workflows that balance execution discipline with speed and flexibility.
