The HT Group is partnering with a growing organization to hire an experienced Manager of Project Management who will lead a team and drive the successful execution of complex engineered-to-order projects. Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, data centers, industrial fabrication, engineered equipment, or a similar project-driven environment.
• 2+ years in a management/leadership role in manufacturing or construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and project tracking tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

The HT Group is partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced Manager of Project Management to lead a team and drive the successful execution of complex, engineered-to-order projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on leader who brings strong project management and people leadership experience within the data center, manufacturing, industrial fabrication, power generation, or engineered equipment space.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers
• Oversee a portfolio of complex projects from engineering release through procurement, fabrication, assembly, and shipment
• Manage project priorities, workloads, schedules, risks, and deliverables
• Partner closely with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations teams
• Align project schedules with manufacturing capacity, labor, and material availability
• Monitor key performance metrics and provide clear project status and delivery forecasts to leadership and customers

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of project management experience within manufacturing, data centers, industrial fabrication, engineered equipment, or a similar project-driven environment
• 2+ years of experience in a management/leadership position in manufacturing or construction is required
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach teams, establish accountability, and manage competing priorities
• Understanding of manufacturing operations, production scheduling, material planning, and supply chain coordination
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and project management/tracking tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field

Experience with engineered-to-order manufacturing, industrial equipment, fabricated products, power generation equipment, or mission‑critical/data center projects is especially valuable. This role is based in Denison, TX and will provide leadership across multiple manufacturing locations, with approximately 15–20% travel.
