The HT Group is partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced Manager of Project Management to lead a team and drive the successful execution of complex, engineered-to-order projects. This hands-on leader will bring strong project management and people leadership experience within the data center, manufacturing, industrial fabrication, power generation, or engineered equipment space.

Based in Denison, TX with leadership across multiple manufacturing locations, this role requires

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in a project-driven environment.
• 2+ years in a management/leadership role in manufacturing or construction.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach teams and manage competing priorities.
• Understanding of manufacturing operations, production scheduling, material planning, and supply chain coordination.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and project management/tracking tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers.
• Oversee a portfolio of complex projects from engineering release through procurement, fabrication, assembly, and shipment.
• Manage project priorities, workloads, schedules, risks, and deliverables.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations teams.
• Align project schedules with manufacturing capacity, labor, and material availability.
• Monitor key performance metrics and provide clear project status and delivery forecasts to leadership and customers.
