Job summary

Butcher Power Products is seeking a hands-on Project Management Manager in Houston to lead and strengthen the Project Management teams supporting our operations. This role focuses on delivering projects safely, on time, on budget, and with strong communication across Engineering, Procurement, and Production.

You will manage a portfolio of customer projects valued at approximately $100M annually, mentor PMs and Coordinators, and drive continuous improvement in execution and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• PMP Certification required.
• 15+ years of progressive Project Management experience.
• Experience leading PM teams across cross-functional groups.
• Experience with engineered-to-order manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for a portfolio of customer projects valued around $100M annually.
• Serve as primary client contact, managing relationships and expectations.
• Lead project reviews, risk discussions, and execution planning.
• Develop and mentor Project Managers and Coordinators across facilities.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Safety, Finance, and Sales.
• Oversee workload, staffing, and resource allocation to meet commitments.
• Monitor financial performance, forecasting, and margin management.
• Establish governance and execution standards across sites.
• Partner with Sales and BD to identify growth opportunities.
