Job summary

InterSystems seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, roadmap, and the Product Management team for the Lab Enterprise product line. You will shape evolution of enterprise laboratory capabilities, aligning product investment with customer needs, market opportunities, and the IntelliCare strategy.

You will develop team capability, build cross-functional alignment, and translate complex clinical and operational needs into clear product direction.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Product Management or closely related role within healthcare technology or enterprise software.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams, including mentoring, performance management, recruitment, and capability development.
• Strong product judgement and ability to translate complex needs into strategy and roadmaps.
• Strategic and systems thinking across products, teams, and workflows.
• Experience making prioritisation decisions when customer expectations, objectives, constraints, and resources compete.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; ability to negotiate and communicate tough decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for InterSystems Lab Enterprise, aligned with wider IntelliCare priorities.
• Set clear priorities and make timely investment and delivery decisions, balancing customer value, market needs, regulatory requirements, technical dependencies, and capacity.
• Work with laboratory subject matter experts to understand complex workflows and translate requirements into scalable capabilities.
• Collaborate across IntelliCare product areas to support end-to-end clinical and operational workflows.
• Guide the Product Management team through development, validation, release, and adoption with focus on outcomes.
• Use customer feedback, market insights, support trends, and product performance to inform priorities and continuous improvement.
