Job summary

MyOme is seeking a Software Product Manager to bridge lab operations, engineering, and compliance for clinical informatics systems. You’ll translate lab workflows into requirements, own the roadmap, and ensure regulatory obligations are met across releases.

You’ll contribute to Sapio/LIMS workflows, write clear documentation, and run training during rollouts while coordinating with QA and leadership to keep audits ready.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management or a similar role for software products.
• Experience gathering requirements from end users and turning them into specs.
• Experience in regulated environments (healthcare, clinical lab, life sciences).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with agile tools and software development processes.

Responsibilities

• Translate lab workflows into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own roadmap and backlog for internal lab-facing systems, balancing features and fixes.
• Map data and sample flows across systems, identifying gaps and automation opportunities.
• Work with Quality, Compliance, and Lab leadership on validation needs and release docs.
• Develop user-facing training, guides, SOP updates, and release notes.
