Job summary

DKKD Staffing is seeking a Senior Laboratory Systems Implementation Project Manager and Scrum Master to lead a multi-platform transformation for a research-laboratory environment. You will drive Oracle Health PathNet AP, Lab Sequence, and Sectra digital pathology initiatives, aligning clinical and research workflows with AI-enabled reporting.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
8+ years leading healthcare IT projects or programs with multiple vendors.
End-to-end leadership of a laboratory IT/LIMS project through go-live and stabilization.
Experience with structured Agile delivery within enterprise or vendor models.
Hands-on Scrum/Kanban facilitation and Agile coaching.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program delivery from initiation to stabilization and transition to support.
Develop integrated roadmaps, work breakdown structures, and governance models.
Coordinate dependencies across multiple Oracle Health paths and related systems.
Maintain an integrated master schedule covering readiness, testing, validation, training, and go-live.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive transparency, velocity, and accountability.
Document current-state workflows and design safe, efficient future-state processes.
