Job summary
the company Scientific seeks a Product Manager for the IT product eLIMS-Clinical Diagnostic Europe, overseeing strategy, roadmap, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement. You will balance business value, technical feasibility, and regulatory compliance while partnering with IT and business stakeholders.
In this role, you will own backlog, drive value, monitor adoption and cost, and ensure scalable operations across Europe and globally.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Product Manager/Owner in an IT environment.
- Strong understanding of software/product lifecycles.
- Experience with cross-functional teams (Business, IT, Vendors).
- Familiarity with agile and/or hybrid delivery models like Scrum, SAFe etc.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product vision, objectives, and value proposition.
- Translate business strategy into a clear product roadmap.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance requirements.
- Own product success metrics (value, adoption, satisfaction, cost).
- Own and maintain the product backlog and prioritize epics, features, requirements.
- Work with delivery teams to plan and deliver increments; support sprint planning, reviews, and demos.
- Manage the product across its full lifecycle and drive continuous improvement.
- Forecast, budget considerations, and vendor coordination where applicable.
