Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Senior Lead, Software Product Manager to own the vision, roadmap, and execution for a critical product area. You will align cross-functional teams, collaborate with engineering, data, and cloud stakeholders, and drive adoption and satisfaction aligned to company objectives.

You will lead governance, roadmap prioritization, and stakeholder communication in a remote, first-shift role with standard hours.

Qualifications

12 or more years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years with a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years of experience.
5 or more years of experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Product Ownership: Serve as the product owner for a defined product area, responsible for defining strategy, creating roadmaps, and driving product adoption that impacts company goals.
Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a clear product vision that aligns with business objectives, with a strong understanding of current state and future needs.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Work across departments (Engineering, Data, Cloud) to manage dependencies, align teams to roadmaps, and drive initiatives to resolution with minimal oversight.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external customers to gather requirements, harmonize strategies across multiple customer needs, and influence customer planning.
Metrics & Accountability: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators including adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and other business-critical metrics.
Mentorship: Begin mentoring peers and colleagues, contributing to the growth and development of the product management team.
Decision Making: Navigate ambiguity with confidence, making sound decisions that help teams move forward with clarity while knowing when to elevate to accelerate resolution.
Communication: Deliver outstanding written and verbal communication to a diverse stakeholder audience, including C-level executives, product teams, and technical stakeholders.
