Job summary

MyOme, Inc. is seeking a Software Product Manager to bridge lab operations, engineering, and compliance across our clinical informatics systems. You will translate complex lab workflows into clear requirements, own the roadmap, and ensure all releases meet regulatory obligations.

You’ll work with Sapio and in-house systems to improve data flow and automation. You’ll create user guides, SOP updates, and training sessions, coordinating with lab leadership and QA to ensure audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management, business analysis, or similar software roles.
• Experience gathering requirements from end users and turning them into specs and user stories.
• Experience in a regulated environment (healthcare, clinical lab, life sciences) and building compliance into decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of leading meetings and sprint reviews.
• Experience creating and delivering user training for software rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog for internal lab-facing systems, balancing new features, fixes, and operational requests.
• Translate workflows into clear requirements, stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Ensure regulatory and quality requirements (CLIA, CAP, HIPAA, state rules) are included from the start.
• Develop user-facing training materials and lead training sessions during rollouts; maintain documentation.
