Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking a senior product manager to own an infrastructure domain, such as Lead Ingestion & Delivery or the Focus Fire Platform, driving architecture decisions and a data-driven roadmap. You will work closely with engineering on APIs, webhooks, and data contracts, balancing reliability with revenue goals.

You will lead cross-functional teams to consolidate legacy services, manage production SLAs, and deliver scalable backend solutions that power real estate workflows for customers

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, with emphasis on infrastructure or backend platforms.
• Experience partnering with engineering on API and webhook design, system architecture, and integration patterns.
• Experience defining and managing SLAs in production environments.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Track record migrating or consolidating services with minimal disruption.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy for your infrastructure domain (lead ingestion, delivery, or Focus Fire backend).
• Collaborate with engineering on API, webhook design, data contracts, and architecture.
• Set measurable targets (SLAs, migration readiness) and drive the roadmap to meet them.
• Lead consolidation or migration efforts to unify fragmented services into a single platform.
• Write briefs with hypotheses, objectives, and key results for migration or platform builds.
