Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Lead Ingestion & Delivery in Austin, TX to own a critical infrastructure domain. You’ll shape strategy for lead ingestion, validation, and multi-channel delivery, or the legacy Focus Fire backend, balancing engineering constraints with revenue goals.

You’ll work closely with engineering on API design, system architecture, and data contracts, making priority calls with limited data and surfacing risk clearly.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including infrastructure or backend migration products.
• Experience partnering with engineering on API and webhook design.
• Experience defining and managing against SLAs in production.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy for lead ingestion or Focus Fire backend domain, including migration plans.
• Collaborate with engineering on API/webhook design and data contracts to surface risk.
• Set measurable targets (SLAs, migration readiness) and drive the roadmap to achieve them.
• Lead consolidation or migration of legacy services into a unified platform.
• Write briefs with hypotheses and OKRs for each migration phase.
• Create customer/internal docs and integration guides to enable self-serve.
