Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to serve as an owner’s representative for ground-up industrial distribution facilities and complex interior renovations in the Greater Philadelphia market. You will own projects through all life-cycle stages, advising clients on alignment with business goals and operational targets.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Proven track record of leading multiple projects in varying stages simultaneously and the ability to deliver under pressure in fast-paced environments is preferred.
• Interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality.
• Strong organizational and management skills – the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects from planning to closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare scope, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, quality control, and risk.
• Define delivery resources, conduct RFIs/RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Facilitate project charters and integrated timelines and ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Lead project teams, communicate complex ideas, and drive issue resolution.
