Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide consulting services for an aerospace, industrial and logistics client account. The role covers planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout of multiuse facilities, with a hybrid schedule onsite in Clearwater, FL and occasional travel to client sites.

You will lead project delivery, coordinate with clients on scope, budget, milestones, and risk, and guide teams through implementation while ensuring schedule and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.
• Construction management experience within multiuse facilities desired.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Kahua, and Bluebeam recommended.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects from initiation to closeout.
• Work with clients to define scope, budgets, schedules, quality control and risk.
• Lead charter development, resource planning and bid evaluations.
• Monitor progress, facilitate meetings, and escalate issues as needed.
• Apply advanced knowledge to develop better methods and solutions.
