Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions (MIS) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead hyperscale data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects nationwide. You will own project safety, quality, schedules, and client relationships from contract award to turnover, while coordinating cross-functional teams across utility, civil, and power disciplines.

The position requires exceptional leadership, communication, and business judgment, with 75% travel and a focus on delivering complex projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience as client-facing primary representative on major construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project execution from pursuit through closeout.
• Manage major mission-critical infrastructure projects or multiple concurrent projects with accountability for safety, schedule, quality, cost and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers and others.
