• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7–10 years of experience on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience serving as the primary client-facing representative on major construction projects.
• Strong customer relationship management, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project execution from pursuit through turnover and closeout.
• Manage major mission-critical projects or multiple concurrent projects with full responsibility for safety, schedule, quality, and financial performance.
• Directly supervise and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other staff.
