Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the design, engineering, construction and commissioning of electronic labs and building infrastructure for high-tech clients in commercial offices. The role drives end-to-end project management across planning, budgeting, scheduling and execution, coordinating architects, engineers and contractors to deliver quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of construction processes and building codes
• Proficiency in business and project management software and tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Professional planning and hands on management/oversight for multiple projects in phased construction including decommission, renovations and tenant improvement projects, and complex lab environments.
• Manage projects from identification through design, planning, client approval, permit issuance, construction, and financial closeout.
• Demonstrate full accountability for end-to-end project management.
• Lead project teams including architects, engineers, contractors, operating engineers, security and technology teams.
• Provide weekly updates on schedule, budget and risk.
