Upstart is seeking a Senior Product Manager for HELOC Decisioning to own the underwriting and verification experience, partnering with engineering, risk, ML, capital, and compliance to improve eligibility, automation, and approvals.

You will drive scale for HELOC, optimize conversion, and enhance portfolio quality while balancing speed and risk. This role supports a remote-first team across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management on fast-moving teams.
