Splash Financial, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the HELOC underwriting experience, guiding the end-to-end process from application to close.

You will align engineering, credit, operations, compliance, and lending partners to speed funding, reduce risk, and drive measurable improvements in borrower experience. You will lead a cross-functional team, translate data into actionable improvements, and drive AI/automation to streamline document review and conditions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in consumer technology or fintech.
• Working knowledge of consumer lending underwriting, income verification, document review, and conditions.
• Data-driven approach with product analytics, funnel analysis, experimentation, and operational metrics.
• Experience building internal tools or improving operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for HELOC underwriting from application through close, including verification and valuation.
• Drive underwriting and operational efficiency by reducing manual touches and shortening condition-clearing cycles.
• Lead AI and automation roadmap for HELOC underwriting and operations, including data extraction and auto-clearance of conditions.
• Expand automated valuation coverage with vendors to improve hit rates and reduce full appraisals.
• Build a state-aware closing experience with partners to enable digital closings.
