Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management to be located in Titusville, NJ or Pittsburgh, PA. You will lead high-impact programs across pharmacy platforms, patient services, data, contact centers, and technology partners to deliver patient-centered outcomes.

The role requires setting direction, translating needs into requirements, and managing large programs with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology product management or related field with ownership of complex products or programs.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps using business priorities, end-user needs, data, and technical insight.
• Strong program management across integrated plans, budgets, milestones, risks, and governance.
• Experience delivering technology across interconnected platforms, data flows, vendors, and operational processes.
• Translate business and user needs into release plans and acceptance criteria balancing value, feasibility, risk, and speed.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and executive communication across business, technology and operations.
