Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine’s PECS team seeks an Associate Director of Pharmacy Innovation & Implementation in Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA. The role drives a best-in-class patient engagement strategy across specialty pharmacy channels, leading cross-functional efforts and monitoring industry trends.

You will collaborate to build capabilities, identify partners, and leverage data to improve the patient journey while maintaining ethical leadership and compliance in a highly matrixed

Qualifications

• PharmD or BSPharm degree and an active, unrestricted pharmacist license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 5 years of health care, pharmaceutical, patient services, pharmacy, operations, access or related business experience.
• Strong strategy, innovation and analytical skills with excellent business acumen.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent leadership in a matrixed environment and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Refine J&J’s overall pharmacy capability and strategy using accreditation principles, market assessments and industry trends.
• Monitor patient experience metrics aligned with patient needs and brand objectives.
• Lead continuous optimization of operations using patient analytics and VOC.
• Evolve data sources and analytics to uncover insights about patient journey across J&J brands.
• Monitor trends in policy, pharmacy capabilities, models, channels and technology for proactive changes.
• Lead cross-functional teams in a complex matrixed environment, with or without direct-report authority.
• Foster a culture of learning, risk-taking and inclusion with supplier partners.
