Michael Page US is seeking a Project Manager - Multifamily Construction to lead an 8-story, 110-unit ground-up development in South Florida. You will oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and cost controls while coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, clients, and field teams.

The role requires 5+ years of GC PM experience on ground-up multifamily projects, with a track record of managing $20M+ jobs, and proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor.
• Ground-up multifamily construction experience required.
• Experience managing projects valued at $20M+ preferred.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost management skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage an 8-story, 110-unit ground-up multifamily construction project.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and cost controls throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, clients, and field operations teams.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, permitting, and project documentation.
• Utilize project management software to track progress, reporting, and project performance.
