Job summary

Helix is transforming healthcare by integrating genomic data into clinical practice. We seek a Senior Product Manager to shape products for case management, data workflows, clinical review, and data delivery, partnering with lab directors, scientists, and global engineering teams.

You will define priorities, drive AI-enabled solutions, and translate complex clinical needs into scalable product requirements while maintaining patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biology, engineering, or related field.
• Deep experience in clinical genomics and variant interpretation.
• 5+ years of software product management in biotech/clinical setting.
• Experience with AI tools and evaluating outputs for product use.
• Strong written and verbal communication, cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to make high-stakes tradeoffs while keeping quality and privacy in mind.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product priorities for case management, data workflows, clinical review and sign-out, and data delivery.
• Accelerate innovation using AI, from user research to prototypes and specs.
• Distill complex clinical needs into scalable product requirements.
• Balance speed and quality to ensure efficient, scalable solutions.
• Unify lab directors, scientists, and engineers for seamless releases.
• Guard data privacy, security, and governance in AI-driven solutions.
