Job summary

Helix is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead clinical genomics workflow products, including case management, data workflows, clinical review and sign‑out, and data delivery. You will translate clinical inputs into a scalable roadmap for cross‑functional teams.

You will drive AI-enabled features, balance tradeoffs, and partner with lab directors, scientists and engineers to deliver high‑quality releases while upholding data privacy, governance and clinical quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software product management in biotech or clinical setting.
• Experience with AI tools and implementing AI-driven automation.
• Strong ability to translate clinical needs into product requirements.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for case management and data workflows.
• Work with lab directors, scientists, and engineers to deliver releases.
• Ensure data privacy and governance in AI-driven solutions.
