Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Project Manager to lead technology implementations, ERP workstreams, and business process transformations for government contractor and commercial clients. The role coordinates activities across client stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and internal teams while monitoring scope, schedules, budgets, risks, deliverables, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with ERP implementations and government contracting.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manages technology implementations, ERP workstreams, business process transformations, post-transaction integration activities, and strategic projects from planning through closeout.
• Develops project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, communication plans, and work breakdown structures.
• Coordinates project activities across client stakeholders, government agencies, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, technical teams, and business process owners.
• Maintains risk registers, issue logs, action plans, decision logs, change logs, and lessons-learned records.
• Reviews project deliverables for accuracy, contractual compliance, and alignment with approved requirements.
