Top Prospect Group, based in Seymour, CT, is seeking a senior Program Manager to oversee key customer programs in a fast-paced EMS environment. You will drive financial, operational, and commercial performance while serving as the primary customer contact.

The role requires strong contract experience, MSAs negotiation, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality. Onsite preferred; remote may be considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• We are seeking a senior Program Manager with EMS/contract manufacturing experience.
• Candidate will negotiate MSAs and manage large customer programs end-to-end.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts and programs.
• Manage financial, operational, and commercial performance of programs.
• Build strong customer relationships to support retention and growth.
• Lead negotiations and administration of customer contracts including MSAs.
• Identify opportunities for organic revenue and account growth.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality.
• Prepare and lead Quarterly Business Reviews with customers.
