Job summary

Concentrix seeks an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex enterprise transformation programs across ERP, system integration, and digital modernization. You will own integrated plans, budgets, roadmaps, and governance while coordinating cross-functional teams with senior stakeholders.

This onsite role in Las Vegas requires strong Agile leadership, Azure DevOps proficiency, and a proven track record in ERP implementations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of IT Project Management experience delivering large-scale enterprise technology programs.
Strong Agile delivery and Agile program management experience is required.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) is required.
Proven experience managing ERP implementations or enterprise transformation initiatives.
Experience leading multiple concurrent enterprise projects and cross-functional teams.
Strong program/portfolio governance, delivery oversight, and executive reporting.
Experience managing budgets, forecasts, resources, vendors, and third-party delivery partners.
Strong risk, issue, dependency, change management, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise technology and transformation programs.
Develop, manage, and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and delivery roadmaps.
Drive Agile project execution across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Use Azure DevOps to manage backlogs, sprints, releases, reports, and governance.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement across delivery processes.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Oversee requirements gathering, testing, deployment planning, and go-live readiness.
Provide executive status reporting, governance materials, and financial insights.
Manage project financials, vendor spend, and resource allocation.
