Job summary

CoAd is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Project Management Office. The role leads complex fintech projects with software development, product launches, and operations in the PEO space, using agile and waterfall methods.

You will drive multi-project coordination, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, and enhance PMO processes across the company. The ideal candidate has 7+ years delivering cross-functional enterprise initiatives, strong business acumen, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• +7 years proven experience leading complex cross functional enterprise projects.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align project objectives with organizational goals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrates ability to use AI tools effectively, including crafting clear prompts and evaluating outputs.
• Experience integrating AI assistants into workflows with quality oversight.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, manage and monitor concurrent complex projects from inception to completion.
• Assess a project and tailor methodologies including scrum, kanban and waterfall.
• Manage project scope, kickoff, and maintain alignment of scope to business goals.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts: charter, milestones, plan, risks, and timelines.
• Perform risk analysis and document response plans; monitor obstacles and drive outcomes.
• Track and report key project metrics to PMO, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
• Foster cross-functional relationships with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication between project teams and stakeholders; promote collaboration.
• Identify and adopt PM best practices within a Center-of-Excellence model.
• Contribute to PM tools, templates, and systems for planning and reporting.
• Lead retrospectives to drive continuous improvement across projects.
