Qualifications

A fast-growing institutional FinTech / enterprise software platform is looking for a Project Manager to lead complex client onboarding and strategic implementation initiatives.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and client success, partnering closely with Sales, Technology, and Operations to deliver high-impact outcomes for enterprise clients.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end project planning and execution for client implementations
• Lead onboarding initiatives, ensuring timelines, requirements, and regulatory expectations are met
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and remove blockers
• Create and maintain project documentation, requirements, and integration plans
• Identify risks early and proactively course-correct when priorities shift
• Serve as a key client point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Drive process improvements that improve scalability, efficiency, and client experience
• Deliver clear project updates and executive-level reporting

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, client onboarding, or implementation roles
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders
• Experience in enterprise software, FinTech, financial services, or regulated environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project/Visio a plus)
• PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is a plus
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
