Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead very large, complex programs across inter-related projects. You will establish governance, track risk, and manage change to meet time, cost, and quality objectives, working with PMO and executive teams.

The role requires extensive program management and leadership experience in financial services environments, with a mix of Agile and Waterfall SDLC expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, PM or CS or related field.
• PMP certification or related certifications or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of program management experience.
• Proven leadership and mentorship in technical and business environments.
• Experience in financial institutions or regulated industries and/or software development processes.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects with tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives, staff and vendors.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive successful program outcomes by aligning projects to strategic business objectives.
• Manage interrelated projects within the program to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate interdependencies and maintain program roadmap and resource capacity.
• Governance reviews to ensure progress, budget adherence, quality, and risk management.
• Mentor PMO team members on policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support audits and risk management activities across the program.
