Job summary

Smartsheet is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Field Systems team to own the roadmap for go-to-market tools including CRM, e-signature, opportunity management, and forecasting platforms.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements, leveraging AI tools to accelerate documentation and insights. This role is remote eligible in the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise go-to-market tools and platforms.
• Experience with SAFe or agile framework, including PI Planning and cross-team coordination.
• Ability to balance user needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leaders and technical teams.
• Experience writing epics/features, lean business cases, and user stories with strong acceptance criteria.
• Data querying, metrics interpretation, and building business cases.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and communicate a prioritized product roadmap aligning to GTM objectives.
• Translate strategic priorities into quarterly PI objectives within SAFe.
• Engage with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to understand pain points and goals.
• Define epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Lead discovery activities: stakeholder interviews, walkthroughs, data analysis.
• Own the product backlog and participate in SAFe ceremonies (PI Planning, Refinement, Sprint Planning).
