Job summary

Smartsheet is seeking a Sr. Product Manager I to drive strategic investments in Admin and Billing, partnering across engineering, design, research, marketing and pricing to deliver high-impact, scalable software for enterprise IT and billing managers.

You will lead with AI-enhanced approaches, influence senior leadership, and own the roadmap from ideation to launch while ensuring excellent customer experiences and governance across subscriptions and licenses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience partnering with engineering, design, user research and marketing teams to deliver a high-scale product.
• Data-driven with metrics, analytics and experimentation.
• Experience with agile development processes and frequent product releases.
• Strong presentation skills to influence senior management.
• Experience delivering complex software products from inception to launch.
• Comfort using AI tools to augment day-to-day work and automate repetitive processes.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and strategy informed by objectives, customer needs and industry best practices.
• Partner with engineering and product leaders to align strategy and platform investments.
• Understand subscriptions provisioning, plan entitlements, self-serve flows, renewals, invoicing and usage visibility.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Pricing and Packaging to position Admin and Billing capabilities for IT/finance stakeholders.
• Identify where AI can improve customer experience and ensure accuracy, transparency and user control in workflows.
