Smartsheet is hiring a Sr. Product Manager I to lead Admin and Billing capabilities, shaping how IT and finance teams manage licenses, access, governance and the commercial relationship with Smartsheet.

You will report to the Director of Product Management in Boston and may work remotely from anywhere in the US. The role emphasizes strategy, cross‑functional collaboration, data‑driven decision making, and opportunities to apply AI to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience partnering with engineering, design, research and marketing to deliver high-scale user experiences.
• Data-driven with metrics, analytics and experimentation.
• Experience with agile development and frequent releases.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and strategy aligned with company objectives and customer needs.
• Partner with leaders across Smartsheet to align strategy and platform investments.
• Understand how customers buy, provision, and manage subscriptions and entitlements.
• Collaborate with marketing, Sales, Pricing to position Admin and Billing capabilities.
• Explore how AI can improve customer experience with careful UX and transparency.
