Smartsheet is seeking a Senior Product Manager I for People Systems to own the people systems ecosystem including Workday, Docebo, and analytics platforms. You will collaborate with People & Culture leadership, HR operations, engineering, and security to ensure scalable, compliant, and insight-driven workforce solutions.

You will guide roadmaps, partner with stakeholders, and drive adoption metrics across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years in enterprise product management or related roles.
Experience with HRIS/People systems environments.
Ability to prioritize with operational risk and workforce impact in mind.
Credible partner to HR and Engineering across workflows.

Aufgaben

Own the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for the People systems pillar.
Partner with HR and People Operations to understand lifecycle workflows.
Present roadmap quarterly to senior leadership and report on people analytics health.
Evolve platforms such as Workday, Docebo, Greenhouse and related analytics tools.
Ensure reliable integrations between People systems and downstream consumers.
