Smartsheet is recruiting a Group Product Manager for Corporate Systems to lead the PM function across Finance, People & Culture, Sales/GTM, and Automation. You will set the portfolio strategy, drive cross-domain initiatives, and partner with Engineering to ensure scalable, reliable platform evolution.

You will coach Product Managers, translate business priorities into technology capabilities, and guide investments balancing new capabilities with platform health and security.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management or related field with enterprise or platform products.
• 3+ years leading Product Managers and coaching teams.
• Experience with SaaS, enterprise AI, and data governance is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Product Management function across Corporate Systems and manage PMs for multiple domains.
• Define portfolio strategy, roadmaps, and investment decisions across Finance, HR, Sales and Data.
• Partner with Engineering to balance new capabilities with reliability, security, and platform health.
• Drive cross-domain transformations like monetization models and ERP modernization.
• Coach teams to focus on measurable outcomes and data-driven KPIs.
