Job summary

Smartsheet is seeking a Sr. Product Manager I to drive initiatives in Admin and Billing, partnering with engineering, design, research, and marketing to influence platform strategy. You will guide subscription and licensing flows, renewals, and invoicing, while exploring AI-enabled improvements and ensuring trusted customer experiences.

You will report to the Director of Product Management in Boston and may work remotely from anywhere in the US where Smartsheet is registered.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience.
Experience with engineering, design, user research and marketing teams.
Data-driven mindset with focus on metrics, analytics and experimentation.
Experience with agile development processes and frequent releases.
Comfort using AI tools to augment day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

Define a vision and strategy informed by company objectives and customer needs.
Partner with leaders across Smartsheet to align strategy and investments.
Understand subscriptions provisioning, licensing, renewals, and invoicing flows.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Pricing to position Admin and Billing capabilities.
Lead experiments and use AI to improve customer experiences while maintaining trust and transparency.
Present strategy and roadmap to senior leadership.
Work with design, research and engineering to craft high-quality experiences.
