Job summary

Smartsheet is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Field Systems (Salesforce) to own the roadmap and partner with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success. You will lead discovery, write epics and user stories, and drive SAFe ceremonies while leveraging AI tools to accelerate documentation and insights.

You will report to the Director, Field Systems. This is a remote-eligible role; you may work from anywhere in the US where Smartsheet is registered.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management in enterprise environments with GTM tooling.
Experience with SAFe and PI Planning; cross-team coordination.
Strong product sense balancing user needs, business value, and tech feasibility.
Excellent written and verbal communication; present to senior leaders and tech teams.
Experience writing epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Comfort with data querying, interpretation of metrics, and business cases.

Responsibilities

Define, maintain, and communicate a prioritized product roadmap aligned to GTM objectives.
Translate priorities into quarterly PI objectives within the SAFe framework.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to understand goals.
Own the backlog; define epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
Lead discovery via stakeholder interviews, process walkthroughs, and data analysis.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate documentation and surface insights for decision-making.
Act as Product Owner; participate in SAFe ceremonies and ensure timely delivery.
Track outcomes, measure success metrics, and refine the roadmap accordingly.
