Job summary

A hybrid schedule requires three client-site days weekly with work from the Arlington HQ or home as needed. You will need a Bachelor's in engineering, 10+ years of delivery experience, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline is required.
• At least 10 years of progressively responsible engineering and project delivery experience.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.
• Professional Engineer license or Registered Architect.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience with federal government projects and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple concurrent engineering, code compliance, and commissioning projects for federal facilities.
• Review design and construction documents, codes, schedules, and contracts to ensure compliance.
• Provide senior engineering oversight throughout planning, design, construction, turnover, and operations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary reviews, RFIs, field observations, and testing documentation.
• Forecast, control costs, and ensure timely deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Lead project teams and communicate with government clients, architects, engineers, contractors.
