Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of progressively responsible engineering and project delivery experience.
• Experience coordinating projects through multiple phases of facility lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction practices, and codes.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary activities and resolving technical issues.
• Experience with federal government projects and documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid State Driver's License and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple concurrent engineering, code compliance, and commissioning-related projects for federal facilities.
• Interpret RFPs, scopes of work, design/construction documents, codes, schedules, and deliverables.
• Provide senior-level engineering and technical oversight across planning to operations.
• Coordinate technical reviews, submittals, RFIs, field observations, testing docs, and closeout deliverables.
• Evaluate designs for constructability, reliability, maintainability, and standards compliance.
• Support commissioning planning, design reviews, testing, and turnover processes.
• Coordinate reviews of commissioning plans, specs, checklists, test procedures, startup reports, and docs.
• Identify and resolve technical/coordination issues affecting installation and project completion.
