Job summary

Procon Consulting seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex federal construction and facilities projects in the Washington, DC area. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, and quality while guiding multidisciplinary teams and acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.

An active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph is required, as is a bachelor’s degree and experience managing complex construction in a fast-paced federal environment. This position does not offer visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of six (6) years of experience managing complex construction, renovation, or facilities projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project management plans across the lifecycle.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, contractors, and professionals.
• Manage multiple projects with respect to scope, schedule, budget, quality and performance.
