Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Product Management Expert on a remote, US-based contract to craft and evaluate high-quality PM deliverables. You will design realistic product scenarios and develop gold-standard materials including PRDs, launch memos, roadmaps, and executive briefs, setting benchmarks for AI-driven product decision-making and professional documentation.

No prior AI experience is required; your strategic reasoning and ability to produce executive-ready outputs are what matter most.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional Product Management experience.
• Deep ownership of PRDs, product strategy documents, launch materials, roadmaps, executive presentations, and cross-functional briefs.
• Strong command of product management frameworks such as Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD), Opportunity Solution Trees, prioritization frameworks, and related strategic methodologies.
• Exceptional technical writing skills and native-level written English.
• Ability to adapt communication for both technical teams and executive audiences.
• Demonstrated experience with product strategy, cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making in high-growth or complex environments.
• Strong understanding of customer discovery, product-market considerations, experimentation, roadmap planning, and product lifecycle management.
• Experience establishing quality standards, reviewing PM deliverables, or mentoring product managers is a plus.
• Master’s degree, such as an MBA, MS, or related advanced degree, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic product management scenarios covering product specifications, launch reviews, executive updates, strategy decisions, and cross-functional communications.
• Create gold-standard PM deliverables that demonstrate senior-level clarity, structure, strategic thinking, and executive readiness.
• Develop and evaluate PRDs, launch memos, roadmap decks, executive presentations, strategy briefs, and product documentation.
• Review AI-generated product outputs for structure, prioritization logic, technical depth, strategic reasoning, and stakeholder clarity.
• Develop detailed rubrics defining objective quality standards for product management communications and deliverables.
• Distinguish between leadership-level work, strong professional drafts, and early-stage or incomplete outputs.
• Identify and annotate common PM failure modes, including vague objectives, weak prioritization, missing tradeoffs, insufficient customer context, and unclear decision-making.
• Evaluate whether product recommendations balance customer needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and organizational priorities.
• Apply established product frameworks to assess strategy, opportunities, prioritization, and solution design.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to reflect authentic, high-impact PM workflows.
