Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Product Management Expert to contribute as a contractor remote within the US. You will shape AI-driven product workflows by creating, evaluating, and benchmarking high-quality PM deliverables that reflect senior leadership standards.

You will design realistic scenarios, develop gold-standard PM artifacts such as PRDs, launch memos, roadmaps, and executive briefs, and establish benchmarks for how AI systems reason about product decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional Product Management experience.
• Experience with PM deliverables and executive-ready materials.
• Strong command of JTBD or similar frameworks is a plus.
• Native-level written English.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic product management scenarios and gold-standard PM deliverables.
• Develop PRDs, launch memos, roadmaps, and executive presentations.
• Review AI-generated outputs for structure and prioritization.
• Develop rubrics to define quality standards for PM communications.
• Differentiate leadership-level work from preliminary outputs.
• Annotate PM failure modes such as vague objectives and weak tradeoffs.
