Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Product Management Expert contractor to shape AI-driven product workflows. You will design realistic PM scenarios and produce executive-ready deliverables, including PRDs, roadmaps, launch memos, and strategy documents.

Remote, US-based engagement. You will review AI-generated outputs for clarity and depth, develop rubrics, and help distinguish leadership-level work from early drafts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional PM experience, ideally at a major tech company.
• Experience with PRDs, strategy docs, launch materials, roadmaps, exec presentations, and briefs.
• Exceptional technical writing and native-level English.
• Ability to tailor communication for technical teams and executives.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic PM scenarios covering product specs, launch reviews, executive updates, strategy decisions, and cross-functional communications.
• Create gold-standard PM deliverables demonstrating senior-level clarity, structure, strategic thinking, and executive readiness.
• Develop and evaluate PRDs, launch memos, roadmaps, executive presentations, strategy briefs, and product documentation.
• Review AI-generated outputs for structure, prioritization, depth, strategic reasoning, and stakeholder clarity.
• Develop rubrics defining objective quality standards for PM communications and deliverables.
• Differentiate leadership-level work from weaker outputs.
• Identify and annotate PM failure modes, such as vague objectives and weak prioritization.
• Evaluate whether recommendations balance customer needs, business goals, and constraints.
• Apply established product frameworks to assess strategy and design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to reflect authentic PM workflows.
