Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a seasoned Product Management Expert for a remote US-based contract role. You will design realistic product scenarios and produce executive-ready PM deliverables, including PRDs, launch memos, roadmaps, and strategy briefs.

You will establish evaluation rubrics and review AI-generated outputs for clarity, depth, and prioritization, distinguishing leadership-level work from drafts. Strong writing and executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional Product Management experience
• Experience with JTBD, Opportunity Solution Trees and prioritization frameworks
• Exceptional technical writing skills and ability to tailor for executive audiences

Responsibilities

• Design realistic PM scenarios and gold-standard deliverables across PRDs, launch memos, roadmaps, executive reviews and strategy briefs
• Develop rubrics defining objective quality standards for PM communications
• Review AI-generated product outputs for structure, prioritization, depth, and stakeholder clarity
• Identify PM failure modes and ensure balance among customer needs, business objectives, and tech constraints
• Collaborate with stakeholders to reflect authentic, high-impact PM workflows
