Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Product Management Expert contractor to shape AI-driven product workflows. You will design and evaluate executive-ready PM deliverables, including PRDs, launch memos, roadmaps, and strategy briefs, ensuring senior-level clarity and strategic depth.

No AI experience required; your product leadership, strategic reasoning, and ability to produce professional documentation are what matter.

Qualifications

4+ years of professional Product Management experience, preferably at a major technology company.
Strong command of product management frameworks such as JTBD, Opportunity Solution Trees, prioritization frameworks.
Exceptional technical writing skills and native-level written English.
Ability to adapt communication for both technical teams and executive audiences.
Experience with product strategy, cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making in high-growth or complex environments.
Strong understanding of customer discovery, product-market considerations, experimentation, roadmap planning, and product lifecycle management.
Master’s degree preferred (MBA/MS or related).
Experience establishing quality standards, reviewing PM deliverables, or mentoring product managers is a plus.
