Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Product Management Expert contractor for remote work in the U.S. You will shape AI-driven product workflows by creating executive-ready deliverables and benchmarking PM outputs.

You design realistic scenarios and gold-standard documents such as PRDs, launch memos, and roadmaps, guiding leadership decisions with clear, structured communications. No AI background required—your senior PM expertise and strategic reasoning will set the standard for high-quality product

Qualifications

Experience creating, evaluating, and benchmarking PM deliverables.
Design product scenarios and gold-standard PM artifacts (PRDs, memos, roadmaps, exec decks).
Ability to produce executive-ready deliverables without prior AI experience required.

Responsibilities

Design PM scenarios covering product specs, launch reviews, and strategy decisions.
Create high-quality PM deliverables to demonstrate senior-level clarity and executive readiness.
Develop PRDs, launch memos, roadmap decks, and executive presentations.
Review AI-generated outputs for structure, prioritization, depth, and stakeholder clarity.
Define rubrics for objective quality of PM communications and outputs.
Differentiate leadership-level work from weaker drafts or incomplete outputs.
Annotate PM failure modes like vague objectives, poor prioritization, or missing context.
Evaluate balance among customer needs, business goals, tech constraints, and priorities.
