Job summary

C1.ai is building a horizontal control plane for the AI-enabled enterprise. We seek a Product Manager to own a core IGA area, drive strategy, and collaborate with engineering, customer success, and sales to deliver value at enterprise scale.

You will translate customer insights into investments, prioritize across features and debt, and define success metrics to ensure successful deployments and adoption. This is an on-site, full-time role in a fast-moving company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS products.
• Deep domain expertise in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), IAM, or adjacent security tech.
• Experience owning a mature product area balancing customer requests, investments, and platform improvements.
• Strong product judgment and prioritization of competing needs and constraints.
• Collaborative, ownership-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own a core area of C1's Identity Governance & Administration platform, driving strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Sales to prioritize customer needs.
• Translate feedback and data into defined product investments balancing impact and complexity.
• Prioritize feature development, tech debt, and scalability to maximize value.
• Define clear requirements and success metrics for engineering teams.
• Launch new capabilities with cross-functional teams and drive customer adoption.
• Monitor product health using feedback, adoption metrics, and business outcomes.
• Act as the product expert, communicating priorities and direction to stakeholders and customers.
