c1.ai is seeking a Group Product Manager to shape identity security across our platform. You will own major product areas, collaborating with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and customers to identify problems worth solving and deliver customer value.

This high-ownership role requires balancing customer needs with technical complexity and business priorities, guiding products from discovery to launch and iteration while leveraging AI across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience shipping successful B2B SaaS products.
• Experience using AI tools as part of your daily product workflow.
• Exceptional customer empathy and a passion for understanding workflows and pain points.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmaps for key platform areas.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to move concepts to launch with high quality.
• Talk to customers through interviews, partnerships, and usage analysis to find opportunities.
